Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We ship within the contiguous United States via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 15 days of delivery at violetsgiftshoppe@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement. For lost packages, please reach out, and we'll work with USPS to locate your shipment.

Gift Packaging: All orders from Violet's Gift Shoppe are carefully packaged to arrive gift-ready.
